    Great job! Thank you very much! I have found that the standing one is easier for me to do then the other two. Holding onto the sink while doing squats has also helped in making my legs stronger. They always feel real stiff at the beginning.

    I am 66, and I don't have trouble with walking. I take very aggressive exercise classes at my gym. My problem is the trainer makes us stand on one leg and lift the other one straight out and then to the side. This is a 1 minute exercise. I'm starting to master this, but It's very hard to move your leg around like this while standing on one leg for a full minute. Is the trainer asking too much for my age?

    When doing any of these core, balance etc exercises is it best to do 3 or 4 consistently or mix them up bc there are so many. Thank you so much

    My mom believes this is her. She has had this problem for 10+ years. Been to PT for years. ENT, MRI’s scans you name it. She started this therapy but she said she feels like it makes it worse. Is it possible that she will feel worse before she begins to feel better?

    Best single exercise for balance..as follows Just out of bed!... 1)Stand on one leg 2)Take your underpants in one hand try and put them on without leaning over or grabbing hold of anything.No swearing cursing allowed OR using the mirror!I Practice this daily and at 86 I'm Improving (But definitely NOT the swearin or Cursing bit)😱 You can try it with knickers too ladies 🙏 Have FUN and a giggle as you try! 🤔😅😂🫣😱😂😅😂😅😂😅

    like I had said , 40 + years ago , I was bed ridden ( for months ) , and then I taught myself how to walk and it took one year . I went from bed, to wheelchair , to walker, and then finally taught myself how to walk. The only help I recieved was from my spouse . I had no clue about PT, not at that time. Know thinking about it , I taught myself balance , stepping to walk , Strenthening, Stretching, and flexibility, all by myself. Now I have to teach myself how to walk correctly , balance, , Strenthening , etcc Again. One thing I never knew or know how to fix Trendelenburg Gait , and I don't know If I can walk normal again . What I do know, I am exercising daily to try and get back to normal . And take care the rest of my health. It's a full time job and doing years of research on UA-cam, for the last 4 years .

    what I like about your channel, you have examples to what exercises that needs to be done. And in the video you describe about the exercises. This will help those who need this help , like myself. You wouldn't believe how many people "out in the public" who has Gait issues ( including myself ) . I believe it's into hundreds of thousands throughout The USA. My health took place back in 1982 , very long story short , I broke both of my legs ( where my left leg end up having an "Pin" ( I call it a rod ) the length from my knee to my ankle ,that's how long it is. So I had 2 cast on and then I needed another surgery , fractured Right Hip . My Right hip is Weak and I was told I have Trendelenburg Gait , from my Orthopedic Surgeon. So now I Wobble side to side (like a penguin). I will need 2 knee replacements and Possibility Hip Surgery too. Sad part , people watches others who has this , and I feel I'll never get to walk again "normal" . It effects your physical and mental State . Spent 2 months in the hospital , bedridden , then time later I went from bed to learning how to walk , which it was the hardest thing, I ever done . Going from bed to wheelchair wasn't no fun . I did this for months , I taught myself how to walk . I would get into wheelchair (locked ) my spouse would hold the wheelchair so I don't fall. Then I would have the walker and try to stand , which I didn't stand for seconds , went back on to the wheelchair. it took months to learn it. I didn't use my legs for 2 months, in the hospital. Then, I went from Walker and for months too . overall almost a year later , I walked on my own . In those days, I didn't know anything about PT , to help me. k Know I'll back to trying to learn how to balance , Stretching and flexibility , legs and hip .
